Selected projects

From first prototype
to production systems.

Work across energy platforms, applied AI, commercial IoT, and the hands-on engineering projects that shaped my career.

01 / Energy platform

Unified device domain

PythonFastAPIDDDIoT

Developing the device domain of Sandbase's unified energy platform, connecting platform architecture with the realities of field devices.

  • Scalable backend components structured around domain-driven design
  • Device discovery, validation, and operational workflows
  • AI-supported automation and anomaly insight

02 / Applied AI

Production LLM systems

vLLMLoRARAGLangChain

Designed and deployed LLM infrastructure and business automation for multi-user, multi-model environments.

  • Scalable inference using vLLM and Hugging Face Transformers
  • Persistent-memory serving for production use
  • LoRA fine-tuning and custom RAG/agent workflows

03 / Embedded IoT

Embedded CBLEWi-FiRF

Led an eight-person team in developing embedded software for more than ten commercial IoT products.

  • Connectivity across RF, NFC, BLE, Wi-Fi, and BLE Mesh
  • Smart meter connectivity, live monitoring, and remote control
  • Reusable firmware libraries that reduced development cycles by 25%

04 / Public infrastructure

FM RDS Unified Azaan

FM RDSEmbeddedLeadership

Led development of a synchronized prayer-time broadcast system using FM Radio Data System technology across Cairo.

  • System-level embedded engineering
  • Reliable broadcast synchronization
  • Technical leadership from architecture through delivery

05 / Early engineering

Where theory became
something tangible.

Academic and competition projects documented on LinkedIn—from medical instrumentation to robotics above and below water.

2012 · Team leader

Remotely Operated Vehicle

Led the team that designed and built an underwater robot, including its isolated body, gripper, and control system. The team received the “Never Give Up Team” award.
